It is a design system developed within the Intuit® core. It was created with the intention of helping QuickBooks to become a place of trust and partnership for small businesses, simplifying their road to success with inspiration, education, and clear paths to purchase.
Our mission in Brazil was to implement and adapt it to Brazilian reality with 3 pillars.
Our customers are the center of the strategy, we are always in touch with them to drive our work. For the first changes, we ran a series of Customer Empathy interviews to understand how we should proceed to validate our hypothesis.
During the process, we did a new site map with new content, which generated some other studies and tools to validate our path; like heat maps, murals, AB tests and then, more customer interviews.
This was very much so a live project as we were always applying changes to improve performance, story telling and adjustment of the journey of our customers.
