It was a squad built to research around self-employed and small business to capture the market for tax compliance and needs and, bring benefits to our customers due to the organization of their financial tasks.
We started the project researching in SEBRAE BR (a public institution of entrepreneurship) to understand the current market. After that, we did some internal sessions with our team degerminating the next steps.
The next steps were co-creating with our customers, checking some internal metrics of system usage and going deep into old studies performed by our team.
What we learned from all this process was: having a clear vision of how the business financials are doing is crucial for the clients once they log in.
We expected to achieve some important results for our customers among others, cutting by 40% the time it takes to get organized, increasing active use and retention in 3pp.
